All bowstrings are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the construction of the strings, including: - Peep rotation caused by string construction. - Serving separation due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover: - Dry fires. - Serving bleed-through that results in color transfer or color changes. - Normal fuzzing or fraying from use. - Normal wear and tear. - Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or modifications. If you believe your strings have a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, please contact Phantom Bowstrings with your proof of purchase. We will inspect the strings and, if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace them at our discretion.
